About ENVC
VIANAYARD was founded in June 1944. Today, VIANAYARD employs approximately 1200 workers and occupies a total area of 400000m2, of which nearly 60000 sq.m. is covered for shops, warehouses, offices and social areas and has acquired the NP EN ISO 9001 Quality Certificate. Its main structures include two dry docks of 230x30m and 127x18m, directed to repair activity, one 140x30m building platform, an outfitting basin with two 190m quays, one 300m mooring quay and lifting means with a maximum capacity of 200t. VIANAYARD has been and is determined to carry out Projects enabling the building of highly technological vessels, such as chemical product carriers, emphasis being given to the development of a project for a vessel for the transport of liquid sulphur at a temperature of 150º C. The nearly 200 vessels built include barges, tugboats, ferryboats, fishing units of different kind, general cargo and bulk carriers, container ships, oil tankers, chemical tankers, LPG’s, cement carriers and navy vessels.
